3. SALES AND DELIVERY TERMS
3.1. The Seller agrees to deliver the products to the delivery address specified by the Buyer.
3.2. Delivery shall be completed within the agreed time frame after payment has been received in full.
3.3. The Seller is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. The total price for the products is stated above.
4.2. The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount using the payment method chosen during the order process.
4.3. Delivery will only occur once payment has been received in full.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
5.2. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
5.3. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
6. GENERAL PROVISIONS
6.1. In case of a dispute, both parties will seek an amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
6.2. This agreement may not be assigned to any third party without the prior written consent of both parties.
6.3. This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
7. EFFECTIVE DATE
This agreement becomes effective upon signature by both parties.
